Here at Bootlegger Tiki we stand for good old fashioned fun! We can't imagine anything better than quality time spent with friends over delicious tiki cocktails made with equal measure of rum + fruit + love. Located in the same space as the original Don the Beachcomber restaurant that opened in 1953, we are fortunate to inherit an incredible piece of Palm Springs history and want to uphold the tiki traditions that were originally built here - craft cocktails, good friends and a couple of giant tiki torches thrown in for good measure.
As per the city mandate, all guests are required to provide proof of covid-19 vaccination or a negative test taken within the last 72 hours.
Masks are required. No mask, no service.
All of our staff have been trained in the best safety protocols.
All staff will be wearing masks.
All staff washes their hands and sanitize throughout their shift.
Bootlegger Tiki is deep cleaned and sanitized every day.
The restrooms are sanitized after each customer.
We screen our staff daily. Staff who feel unwell are told to stay home and given paid time off.
Our menus are single use and disposed of after each group.
Tables and chairs are sanitized after each booking.
Everyone in your party must be 21 or over.
1 or 2 hour slots can be booked, depending on availability.
Deposit is $60 for a booth, $30 for a table.
When you arrive
Please arrive on time as we are not extending reservations.
Temperatures will be taken at the door.
Please have everyone's ID on the table when you are seated.
One of our bartenders will come to explain the menus on the table.
While you’re here
Please wear your mask when not seated at your table. This includes using the restroom.
20 minutes before the end of your reservation, we will call last round for your table and bring you the check.
